We first discovered Quirky Interiors while enjoying a cocktail (or three!) in trendy speakeasy The Mayor of Scaredy Cat Town in Shoreditch. The zinc-topped tables in this atmospheric little underground bar were, we discovered, created by bespoke furniture maker James Petre of Quirky Interiors. Based in a workshop on a Hertfordshire farm, Quirky Interiors specialise in industrial style furniture and vintage items. Most of their fabulous furniture, like this zinc-topped table constructed from reclaimed wooden fruit boxes, can be made bespoke to your precise specifications. We love the original crate stamps along the side of the table pictured below and its aged zinc tabletop has a beautiful patina that is perfect for a warehouse home.
