Shopping with Warehouse Home 

Each of the brands and products featured in the Warehouse Home store has been individually selected by our editorial and interior design teams. We place great importance on quality so every item is selected not only for its design and character but also for its quality. You will only find the most unique and original homeware in the carefully curated Warehouse Home store. 

When you shop with Warehouse Home you are purchasing from our individually approved Partners. This means that each item is dispatched directly to you by our Partners. Shopping with Warehouse Home enables you to make purchases from different international brands and designers all in a single transaction, through our simple checkout. Your items might simply arrive at slightly different times. 

Every time you shop with Warehouse Home, you’ll receive an email from us to confirm that we have received your order and payment. You will then receive another email to confirm that your item has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date.

Uk & International Orders 

Our delivery charges currently only apply to UK mainland purchases. We reserve the right to make additional delivery charges for overseas deliveries and for remote parts of the UK such as Shetland, the Western Isles and certain parts of the Highlands. We recommend that all overseas customers email the Warehouse Home team via shop@mywarehousehome.com to discuss their order and delivery charges before placing an order. 

Delivery 

Our Partners are committed to dispatching your items as soon as possible, ideally within 14 working days of your order being placed. We offer a growing collection of products and various size and finish options, as well as a select number of designs which are only made to order. This does mean that, on occasion, an item might not be available for immediate dispatch - if that is the case, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. If the estimated delivery date doesn't meet your requirements, we will be only too happy to refund your order.  Please check product page descriptions for any special notes regarding delivery times for an individual design. It is also worth noting that several of our products are available for fast delivery within 5 working days to a UK address - if you need something quickly look out for 'available for express delivery' in a product's description. Warehouse Home and our Partners reserve the right to cancel orders up until the point of delivery; on the rare occasion that this happens, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Trades People

Please do not book any trades people to fit products purchased from Warehouse Home until you have received the items, in case of any unforeseen delays in shipping. 

Returns

On receipt of your purchase, it is essential that the items are thoroughly checked. Any breakages or missing items must be reported in writing to shop@mywarehousehome.com within 24 hours. We will help resolve any problems reported after this point but reserve the right to pass on any associated costs.

We conform with the Distance Selling Regulations and all goods can be returned if they do not meet your requirements. However, conditions apply. Returned goods must be received by our Partner within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Our Partners may not accept goods returned outside of these time limits or, in certain circumstances, they may issue a credit note. This is at the Partners' discretion. Returned goods must be returned with all parts, packaging, instructions and must be in perfect condition. Goods must not be used in any way. This includes lighting which, once fitted, cannot be returned. A refund will not be made unless all of these conditions are met.

The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable means of returning the goods to our Partners and must take responsibility for their safe return to our Partners, taking out insurance if required. Postage to the customer and the return postage will not be refunded. Warehouse Home and our Partners reserve the right to refuse a return, issue a credit note or apply re-stock charges for special order items.

Faulty Products

We pride ourselves on the quality of the goods curated for the Warehouse Home online store and our Partners guarantee to replace or refund any goods that are found to be faulty or unfit for purpose. However, our Partners' liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods and Warehouse Home accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the supply of faulty goods.

Other product issues such as compatibility between light fittings, bulbs, dimmers and home automation systems are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide any technical information you might need but cannot accept responsibility for compatibility or for any products which do not fit your desired space.
