The Wright Stuff
Designer Thomas Bina is renowned for his use of sustainably harvested and reclaimed woods. His pieces are classic and timeless in appearance, with an emphasis on the materials used. The Hendricks Wright desk from Barker & Stonehouse is constructed from a beautiful black walnut and demolition hardwood with a charming rustic finish and light distressing. It’s supported by a simple, understated metal frame and features 3 good size drawers. At 152cm long, 56cm deep and 74cm in height, the desk is a very good size for a study or office, but it could also be used as a console in a spacious hallway. And if you need a chair to accompany your smart new desk, these industrial college chairs from Home Barn and the iconic Tolix chair are among our favourite seats.
