Design Ideas From Pizza East Portobello
Soho House creates distinctive destinations for the design-conscious. Each new restaurant opening successfully creates a laid-back atmosphere with modern rustic/ industrial chic decor and specialises in one signature dish. Pizza East Portobello is no different, offering delicious, yes you guessed it, pizzas in an industrial chic ristorante environment. We popped in for a pizza and picked up plenty of design ideas for your home.
The stylish Pizza East pizza house and deli is spread over two floors in a restored Georgian pub. The decor strikes a chord between rustic and industrial, distressed vintage cobalt blue Tolix chairs adding a brilliant pop of colour.
In the deli, metal factory pendant shades illuminate the white brick units and a tempting array of afternoon treats.
If you love the modern rustic style of Pizza East Portobello as much as we do, we’ve got a few suggestions for how to get the look at home!
This Vienna Coffee House Chair, from the Thonet Pure Materials collection, is now available in a chic new finish, and launched earlier this year at IMM Cologne. Chair 214 is crafted from German ash, and has been designed to develop a natural patina over time, meaning it can only get better with age! You can’t go wrong with this iconic shape.
