Homestuff with History offers an eclectic mix of retro and vintage furniture and homeware, ranging from trunks and trolleys to rustic stools and vintage signs. Every item is lovingly and expertly restored in the workshop, whether it needs a thorough clean and polish or a top to toe makeover. The founders of Homestuff with History, Kathryn and Matt, have just sent me some of their latest vintage finds and I had to share some of my favourite pieces with you all. There are some great storage solutions and, in my opinion, everything at Homestuff with History seems very reasonably priced.
These black metal boxes with stencilled letters would look so smart stacked up beside the sofa or beside the bed.

I love this beaten up old green tin trunk. The scratches and dents really add to its character and the inside is painted a contrasting blue. At 74cm wide, 51cm deep and 44cm high it offers plenty of storage space for so many things – I think it would be perfect for toys.

This vintage workbench, complete with original work saw, will make a quirky and original console table in the hallway.

These vintage industrial wood and metal stacking chairs would look great around a kitchen table – and are just as well suited to a country kitchen as a warehouse conversion.
Set of 4 stacking chairs, £159.95, Homestuff with History
There are smaller and more unusual pieces too – like this big old lock and key.
