Miro Mirror Collection By Meike Harde

Posted on Feb 23, 2017 by

Launched at IMM Cologne earlier last month, German designer Meike Harde has developed a patinated pair of mirrors for European label Pulpo which feature asymmetric frames from which to display coats, hats or jewellery.

Entirely patinated or part-distressed, modern mirrors are being given a classic twist

The collection of functional mirrors showcase a decorative marbled surface technique created without the use of copper or lead. Suspended within a minimalist steel frame the design blurs the distinction between two and three dimensional form.
