A Look Inside Jonah Hill’s Soho Loft
The 21 Jump Street actor may be known for his comedic roles, but Jonah Hill’s stylish Manhattan loft means business. The 31 year old has just re-listed his envy-inducing 2000 sq ft SoHo apartment for a cool $3.5 million. We love how traditional wooden floors and steel piping have been preserved, and complimented with a contemporary decor throughout. The whitewashed walls bounce light around the space, which is cavernous thanks to the open-plan layout and high ceilings.
The mostly monochrome and industrial colour palette is offset with the warm shades of reclaimed wooden furniture and an eye-catching bohemian rug. We love the striking addition of an enamel black pendant light, too.
The industrial style coffee table is the perfect fixture in this open-plan living area, meanwhile floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with light.
Sigh! We are feeling rather green-eyed now. As always, we’ve also spotted a beautiful warehouse conversion on this side of the pond that is currently on the market. This apartment in Great Jubilee Wharf, Wapping, has a huge open-plan kitchen/dining area reminiscent of Jonah Hill’s luxury pad.
2 bedroom flat, Great Jubilee Wharf, Wapping, London, £1,795,00. Rightmove
The contrast between white and brick is striking and bounces light around the room, and is the perfect balance between contemporary and industrial.
That elongated dining space has so much potential, and imagine relaxing out here with a coffee on a sunny day!
